Lodekka's live adventures as the Lodekka Hi-Fi (SoundSystem) continue to unfold a pace with new members and ever more interesting gigs. Although they were without their newly recruited VJ and animator, the collective went down a storm at the Big Chill Festival recently and promise to deliver even more at the Big Chill House in London when they launch their next EP.

We knew it would go fast, but not this fast...
Every last copy of our double vinyl DON AIR re-issue sold out within the first two weeks of release. We had been planning a nifty VINYL COUNTDOWN of the remaining stock of the limited edition run, but now they're gone... completely SOLD OUT.
If you got your lucky mits on a copy of this "underground classic" please collect your bonus cult credibility points on the way out. Respect and thanks...

After a long absence we are delighted to be re-releasing the almost lost cult classic, Carpenters' Delight.
The album is a quirky and idiosyncratic one-off whose unexpected and slightly wonky charms perfectly suit the ethos we like to feel we have at the label. Read the curious story behind the album on their myspace page
As Time Out said, this is "drenched in genuine joie de vivre, sparks with casual flair from its very first note and exudes exhilarating, unconscious, rug-cutting cool."
It's now available mail order on very (very) limited edition original double vinyl (now SOLD OUT, sorry) from our web shop or to download from iTunes below and most other digital services.

Yes folks, Freshly Squeezed renegades The Voodoo Trombone Quartet have only gone and risked their cult status (yet again) by having top tune Medium Wave used as the theme tune to the addictive and much talked about (in America anyway) new MTV series The Paper!
Do not make matters worse by following this link to the track on iTunes. It only encourages them!
The show is just out in the states and will no doubt be making its way to the UK very soon.

Eclectrik, our label compilation, has been made a record of the year 2007 by the good folk at independent music magazine Bearded. Clearly a superior publication of impeccable taste, you can read more in the reviews blog at our Eclectrik MySpace.
This is our first COMPILATION since the run of much-loved Club Montepulciano releases back in the day, and has proved itself a worthy successor. Eclectrik is a genre-busting mix of contemporary electronica and eccentric club pop that features a round-up of highlights from our first 2 years and has picked up unanimously great reviews.

08-03-2008 WEBSITE UPDATE - yes, at last!
We've finally managed to update the slightly creaking entity that was our rather outdated web-site. Its the first major overhaul in over two years! That's a long, long time in cyberspace!
Although things may still look similar around here we have in fact been working hard behind the scenes to rebuild the site's architecture.
In practical terms this means the music sections have been vastly improved and are now search-able by both artist, release and date. Try it...
It also means that we are now able to 'slip into something a little more comfortable' at a whim rather than rebuilding the site entirely... please sign up for the newsletter to be sure you get the latest info on the new looks we sport... we won't spam. Honest.
